Practical information – assembly and dismantle

Building and decoration heights, sails and banners
The maximum construction and decorating height for a stand is 2.5 metres. Upon application to its technical coordinator, Norges Varemesse may grant permission to extend walls and decorations and to hang banners above this height. An application for such permission must include a plan of the stand with exact measurements and a specification of the construction materials to be used, as well as written consent from adjacent stands. The application must be received by Norges Varemesse no later than five weeks before starting to move in. Sails, banners and decorations must accord with the DIN 4102 B1 standard.

Use of Sawing/polishing machine etc.
It is not allowed to use the above equipment in the exhibition halls without extraction.

Godshåndtering
For å sikre nødvendig transport inn og ut av hallene, kan gods som står i veien bli fjernet på utstillers regning. Oppbevaring av tomemballasje bestilles hos Utstillerservice.

Freight handling
To ensure necessary transport in and out of the exhibition halls, may goods that disturbing the logistics be removed at the exhibitor’s expense. Storage of packaging materials: To order, please contact the Exhibitor Sales.

Waste
The organizer removes ordinary waste after the exhibition. When the exhibition has ended, the exhibitor must disassemble and clear their own stand. Uncollected goods will be removed, at the exhibitor’s expense.

Pinakkel Studio
Pinakkel Studio is a content agency that delivers still images and videos based on briefs from clients. As an exhibitor, you can contact them now if you need to produce a video or still images that you want to showcase at Bygg Reis Deg. Pinakkel Studio provides all photo and video production services during the exhibition days.

Pinakkel will document all stands with photos and create reports from exhibitors and activities at exhibition.
