Bygg Reis Deg 2023
The Building Exhibition, Bygg Reis Deg 2023 is taking place from the 18th to 21th of October 2023 in the exhibition centre Nova Spektrum at Lillestrøm, Oslo – Norway.
Nova Spektrum is centrally located nearby the Lillestrøm Railway Station, midway between Oslo Central Station and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Approx. 5 minutes walking distance from both Lillestrøm Railway Station and Lillestrøm Bus Terminal.

Tickets bought through this portal may be used on the subway, tram, buses, boats and Wy trains in Oslo and Akershus.
Train
Journey time from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) is 11 minutes. Several departures per hour from both Oslo and Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
Airport Express Train
The Airport Express Train takes 13 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Lillestrøm.
Bus
Buses departs hourly from Lillestrøm Bus Station connecting with most local authorities in Akershus county.
Car
A four-lane motorway runs right to the centre, and the journey from central Oslo by car takes 15-20 minutes.
• From Oslo:
Leave E6 at Karihaugen, take Rv 159 to Lillestrøm.
Turn right at the second roundabout after the Ræling Tunnel.
• From Trondheim:
Leave E6 at Skedsmokorset, take Rv 120, then Rv 22 towards Fetsund, and finally Rv 159 to the exhibition centre.
Parking
New parking system at Norway Trade Fairs from April 1th 2019.
Parking is available for 2 800 visitor cars, with a additional 670 spaces at Lillestrøm railway station.

Taxi
Taxis are available during each event on the rank outside the exhibition centre. At times of heavy demand, they can also be booked at the information desk in the foyer.
