Bygg Reis Deg AS’s primary activity is to develop events for businesses and individuals
related to the construction industry. Some of our events are also open to the public. For
all our events, exhibitors or visitors have registered and provided contact details with
active consent. Below is a description of how Bygg Reis Deg AS processes personal data
under the new personal data rules.
What personal data is processed?
Bygg Reis Deg AS does not collect personal data such as date of birth and personal ID
number. The following data, which is given to us voluntarily on registration as an
exhibitor, is stored:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile phone no.
- Job title
- Business enterprise
- Correspondence

The following data, which is given to us voluntarily by trade visitors, is stored: - Name
- Email address
- Field of interest
- Occupation
- County
We hold our event at Norway Trade Fairs and are subject to its system for collecting data.
How is data stored?
The data collected via the registration form on our website is registered in Norway Trade
Fairs’ registration system and stored in Super Office.
Subscription to newsletters is stored in Apsis Pro and MyNwesDesk.
How do I get the data erased?

Disclosure of data to third parties
Personal data is not shared with external third parties. However, Bygg Reis Deg works with
Norway Trade Fairs, an external accountant, Thune Økonomistyring, and the trade fair
magazine producer Byggeindustrien. These organisations may process personal data on
our behalf.
Rights
You have a right of access to the personal data about you which we process and to how it is
processed. You may also demand that it be rectified or erased and that the processing of
your personal data be restricted in pursuance of the Personal Data Act. At any time, you may
withdraw your consent to receive newsletters from us by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in
the email you receive.
If you believe that Bygg Reis Deg AS has not observed your rights under the Personal
Data Act, you are entitled to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. You do this
